Doctors pay only $1,200 to cover the entire year or, in the alternative at the doctor’s choice, $110 per month. These costs work to fund a strong tort reform voice in Pennsylvania .

NOTE: A subscribing doctor pays nothing if a lawsuit is filed against them. Doctor’s Advocate’s services are prepaid and private counsel is immediately engaged.

A doctor that has a pending medical malpractice lawsuit and wishes to receive Doctor’s Advocate’s services for that case must pay a one-time flat fee of $5,000 (per lawsuit pending) in addition to the monthly or annual charge.

Group rates for multiple physician practices or hospitals are negotiable.
