Renovation, not building new structures

A recent survey conducted by Health Facilities Management has found that more hospitals and health systems are now leaning towards renovation rather than building new facilities.  Hospitals and health systems are trying to serve their patients better, by utilizing renovation projects rather than costly new construction projects.  In 2010, new construction of hospitals was done by 10%.
